Patrick
Patrick is a kitchen recycling bin designed for sorting household waste. Three separate compartments guide users to separate waste types accurately and support recycling. The main shell is made of environmentally friendly stainless steel, while the top cover, back shell and base are made of degradable plastic. The surface is smooth and has no hidden corners, so cleaning is simple. A pedal opens the lid slowly and quietly, and the lid returns on its own, so the inside is never touched. The lid rotates without striking the wall behind the bin.
Patrick Kitchen Recycling Bin by Ziel Home Furnishing Technology Co., Ltd was recognized as a creative illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Patrick Kitchen Recycling Bin was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Homeware Design in 2025. The A' Decorative Items and Homeware Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition that honors exceptional design of tableware, lighting fixtures, cookware, decorative accessories, bathroom accessories, furniture, textiles, kitchen gadgets and more.
