Shake Off
Shake Off is a dog washing station designed with a zoo anthropological approach, based on a deep understanding of the human-animal bond and its influence on product design. It integrates solutions that promote the psychological, emotional, and physical well-being of dogs. Made from r-PETG, a recycled polyester reinforced with 30% fiberglass, it offers strength, sustainability, and high durability thanks to its UV resistance. The manufacturing process utilizes LFAM 3D printing technology.
Shake Off Dog Washing Station by Luigi Ippoliti and Rosita di Mizio was highlighted as an outstanding example of product design by the A' Design Award. Shake Off Dog Washing Station won the Iron A' Design Award in Pet Care, Toys, Supplies and Products for Animals Design in 2025. The A' Pet Care, Toys, Supplies and Products for Animals Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that rewards outstanding design of pet food, pet apparel, pet beds, feeding bowls, litter boxes, pet carriers, grooming tools, toys and more.
