Jiangangshan Number 1

Jiangangshan Number 1 is a residential development located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. The project has a total construction area of 394,000 square meters. The layout follows the natural topography next to Dajing Mountain Park, so that the homes can face the mountain and forest landscape. Building types include residences, a kindergarten, a commercial street and supporting facilities. Residential and public buildings are placed in two clusters to keep the living areas quiet. A circular fitness trail of 700 meters runs through the central garden.

Jiangangshan Number 1 Residential Buildings by hpa Ho and Partners Architects has been selected as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Jiangangshan Number 1 Residential Buildings earned the Golden A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2025. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition that celebrates exceptional design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
