Rotunda
Rotunda is a sales center interior that also serves as a clubhouse and exhibition space. The design is organized around a central circular hall, which acts as the visual focus and connects the meeting rooms, lounges and offices. A waterfall-inspired lighting feature illuminates the hall. Iridescent glass panels and mirrored ceilings shape the atmosphere, and the glass is recyclable. Large glass panels were bent to follow the curved walls. The open and fluid layout supports art exhibitions and social interaction.
Rotunda Sale Center by Kris Lin was highlighted as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Rotunda Sale Center received the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade which honors exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
