Sooze
Sooze is a hairbrush designed for daily haircare at home and while travelling. The bristles retract, so trapped hair can be removed easily and the brush stays protected during storage. A fine mist sprayer is built into the body to moisten the hair and to support the absorption of haircare products. Anti-static bristles help reduce frizz while brushing and massaging the scalp. The compact ergonomic form conceals the functional parts, and a magnetic decorative cover can be changed to personalise the appearance.
Sooze Hairbrush by Yi Tzu Chen was featured as an innovative example of product design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Sooze Hairbrush won the Bronze A' Design Award in Beauty, Personal Care and Cosmetic Products Design in 2025. The A' Beauty, Personal Care and Cosmetic Products Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that recognizes exceptional design of lipsticks, foundations, eyeliners, mascara, blushes, concealers, nail polishes, perfumes and more.
