Jinzhongzi
Jinzhongzi is a packaging design for a premium baijiu produced in Anhui Province, China. The spirit is presented in a crystal glass bottle whose lower part is wrapped in woven bamboo strips and finished with a spray-painted coating. The bamboo weave refers to the traditional storage method of the brand, in which bamboo strips are woven around specially treated jars used for aging the liquor. The bottle measures 145 by 115 by 275 millimeters. The woven detail adds a tactile quality to the package and supports the identity of the brand.
Jinzhongzi Baijiu Packaging by Wen Liu was highlighted as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Jinzhongzi Baijiu Packaging was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2026. The A' Packaging Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade which recognizes excellent design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
