Lumen Cube
Lumen Cube is a commercial development that seamlessly balances business efficiency with a substantial contribution to the urban environment. It creates a bright, creative, and inspiring space for people. The fully glazed central atrium is the main highlight flooded with daylight by day and glowing warmly at night. The dynamic cubic composition with protruding glass volumes gives the building visual lightness and a distinctly modern character. Open green terraces, flexible office layouts, and energy-efficient solutions make Lumen Cube a prime example of modern, comfortable architecture.
Lumen Cube Office by Viktar Varabei has been highlighted as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Lumen Cube Office received the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2026. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program that recognizes superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
