Park Life
Park Life is a sales office in China with a total interior area of 860 square meters. The design combines sales functions with cultural exhibition and public leisure areas. A double height reception hall leads to negotiation zones, a stepped forum, a reading lounge, an art gallery cafe, and a children's activity zone. Sintered stone slabs replace natural stone to reduce environmental impact, and are layered with bronze finish steel, translucent onyx, crystal glass, and warm wood panels. Modular partitions allow later conversion into a community cultural venue.
Park Life Sales Office by Jin Zhou has been featured as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Park Life Sales Office was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize that honors superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
