Twilight Elegance
Twilight Elegance is a residential interior design for a family of four in Xinzhuang, Taiwan. The 148.76 square metre home is thirty years old and was renovated into three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and one bathroom. A kitchen island anchors the plan and links four concealed doors to bedrooms and dressing areas, creating open circulation. Materials include stone, large porcelain slabs, dark wood veneer and artistic paint. Wood veneer wraps the beams and ceilings for visual continuity, and a consistent light temperature of 3000K keeps the mood calm.
Twilight Elegance Residence by Ti-Jan Chan has been highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Twilight Elegance Residence received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
