Blue Coast
Blue Coast is a sales office interior in China, covering 2664 square meters. The design combines sales, club and future residential functions in one composite space. The theme Pearl on the Sea draws on the culture of Nansha and on motifs such as lighthouses, fishing nets and tides. Stone, metal, glass, satin and leather are combined with integrated lighting to increase transparency and light refraction. Layered circulation separates first visits, negotiations, fitness and private banquets. Modular planning allows conversion into club spaces after the sales phase.
Blue Coast Sales Office by Guangzhou Dapu Art Design was recognized as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Blue Coast Sales Office earned the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize which recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
