Love Letters
Love Letters is a calendar designed to connect daily life with biodiversity awareness. Each of the twelve cards carries a letter from an endangered species, inviting reflection, personal pledges and the marking of important dates. Every card folds into a self standing structure without binding, and can later be placed in its paper envelope for mailing or archiving. The set is offset printed on FSC certified uncoated paper and housed in a drawer style paper box that can be reused as a keepsake or teaching object.
Love Letters Calendar by Yefan Liu and Zilan Zhou has been identified as an outstanding representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Love Letters Calendar received the Iron A' Design Award in Social Design in 2026. The A' Social Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that rewards outstanding design of community projects, social campaigns, public installations, educational programs, sustainable initiatives, healthcare solutions, inclusive design, cultural interactions and more.
