Modular and detachable vehicles have become an effective solution to address the extreme environments of space, such as vacuum and radiation, as well as the diverse needs of exploration missions. Through modular design, different functional modules can be flexibly configured to adapt to various scientific research requirements; and through advanced survival support systems, the safety and comfort of astronauts during long-duration missions are ensured.
Endeavor Space Exploration Vehicle by Shengtao Ma was selected as an innovative example of strategy design by the A' Design Awards. Endeavor Space Exploration Vehicle received the Bronze A' Design Award in Futuristic Design in 2026. The A' Futuristic Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award which honors exceptional design of conceptual architectures, advanced robotics, innovative transportation systems, futuristic fashion designs, progressive furniture pieces, Next-Gen electronic gadgets, revolutionary software interfaces, groundbreaking biotech innovations and more.
