Project Monarca
Project Monarca is a 13 meter day boat with a sculptural hull and fluid, organic lines inspired by the movement of water. Continuous surfaces create a distinctive identity and support hydrodynamic efficiency. Compared with typical boats of this size, Project Monarca adds optional living and relaxation areas. Opening side terraces at the aft enlarge the deck space and strengthen the connection with the sea. The hull and superstructure are made of glass reinforced plastic with a foam core, produced by vacuum infusion in female molds.
Project Monarca Day Boat by Onur Kiren has been featured as an innovative illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Project Monarca Day Boat won the Silver A' Design Award in Yacht and Marine Vessels Design in 2026. The A' Yacht and Marine Vessels Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize that honors exceptional design of sailboats, motor yachts, catamarans, trimarans, superyachts, explorer yachts, sportfishing yachts, luxury houseboats and more.
