Puente 75
Puente 75 is a residential house located in Monterrey, Mexico. The house covers 1,690 square meters and reinterprets the Mexican hacienda, with a central green courtyard from which the rooms unfold. Each bedroom is a self contained suite with a full bathroom and an individual walk in closet. Natural and local materials are used, including stone from the same mountain range, walnut wood, Santo Tomas marble and porfido stone. Double clay brick walls with insulation improve thermal comfort. The layout balances shared areas and private spaces for the family.
