Xtension
Xtension is an adjustable lamp designed for homes and public spaces. The lamp extends from 1500 mm to 3000 mm and retracts again, while spherical latch points allow fixing to uneven surfaces. The body is made of aluminum and steel, and the rotating heads at both ends are in chromed or brushed steel. Three outer LED strips and an inner LED bar provide dimmable colour light, set through a mobile application over a Bluetooth connection. Xtension can serve as a ceiling light, a floor lamp, a dividing light or, in a cluster, a signal light.
Xtension Multifunctional light by Andrea Cingoli was featured as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Xtension Multifunctional light earned the Golden A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2018. The A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize that recognizes excellent design of chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor lights, recessed lights, track lights and more.
