Mondrian
Here is presented a jewelry collection dedicated to Mondrian and his most famous works. The collection is composed of brooches, pendants and necklaces. It is made of a laser-cut Acrylic plates, rubber and silver tone chain. Inspired by art, these pieces are wearable art themselves. This is a statement jewelry intended for bold both women and men. The Mondrian collection is just a part of a larger "hommage" collection dedicated to and inspired by famous painters and their works: Bol, Calder, Klee, Van Gogh, Matisse, Miro, Renoir, transfering their paintings into jewelry.
Mondrian Jewelry by Diana Sokolic was selected as an exceptional example of fashion design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Mondrian Jewelry was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Jewelry Design in 2019. The A' Jewelry Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that celebrates superior design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, pendants, cufflinks, anklets and more.
