Online City Co-life Center
Online City Co-life Center is a commercial building that joins property sales with everyday community services. The design replaces the traditional demonstration area with a simple, useful and welcoming place. On the ground floor, light catering, handicraft, a flower shop and children's activities are combined, and only a small model exhibition area is kept. The sales function is placed on the upper floor. Aluminium plate, glass and imitation wood grilles form the facade. Interior and landscape are designed as one, so residents feel a stronger sense of belonging.
Online City Co-life Center Commercial Architecture by FENG CHENG was recognized as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Online City Co-life Center Commercial Architecture won the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2020. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade which recognizes outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
