The Tiny House
The Tiny House is a mobile bar designed for traveling brand events. The structure was transformed into a transportable Japanese bar. Two micro bars serve cocktails in an intimate interior with seating facing the bartender. An outdoor hospitality lounge includes a highball bar for waiting guests, a kinetic sand table, a bamboo wishing tree, lounge furniture, a screen for brand content, and a spiral staircase to a rooftop lounge. Materials include cypress wood, tempered glass and shoji paper. The 7.62 metre structure has hidden wheels, built-in climate control and a generator.
The Tiny House Multifunctional Traveling Bar by Gradient Experiential has been highlighted as an innovative example of service design by the A' Design Award. The Tiny House Multifunctional Traveling Bar received the Silver A' Design Award in Event and Happening Design in 2020. The A' Event and Happening Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition which recognizes outstanding design of trade fairs, award ceremonies, festivals, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, product launches, charity events and more.
