Huafa Hills
Huafa Hills is a luxury residential development in Zhuhai, China. The project comprises 110 villas and 852 residential units on a site of 213,900 square metres. The villas are three storeys high and the residential towers are seventeen storeys high. The site is surrounded by mountains on three sides, which creates a private setting. The facades follow a contemporary classic French style and are clad mainly in beige granite to blend with the natural surroundings. An extensive water feature and lush greenery form the centre of the master plan.
Huafa Hills Residential Development by Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. has been highlighted as an outstanding illustration of service design by the A' Design Award. Huafa Hills Residential Development was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Luxury Design in 2020. The A' Luxury Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade which rewards outstanding design of yachts, private jets, High-End watches, luxury cars, designer handbags, opulent jewelry, bespoke furniture, couture fashion and more.
