Gajusz Foundation Mural

Gajusz Foundation

The mural was created for children’s hospice. The design is a metaphor for the transition between two worlds. The building’s walls were used to show the metaphor. The dark and starry universe contrasts with the huge pink bird. Pink flamingo symbolizes caring support. Girl’s hair is a symbol for imagination and free spirit.

Gajusz Foundation Mural by Marta Zawieja was selected as a creative example of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Gajusz Foundation Mural received the Silver A' Design Award in Fine Arts and Art Installation Design in 2020. The A' Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize which recognizes outstanding design of sculptures, paintings, installations, photographs, drawings, mixed media works, ceramics, art objects, craftworks and more.
