Capsule
The shape of the lamp Capsule repeats the form of the capsules that are so widespread in the modern world: medicines, architectural structures, spaceships, thermoses, tubes, time capsules that transmit messages to descendants for many decades. It can be of two types: standard and elongated. Lamps are available in several colors with varying degrees of transparency. Tying with nylon ropes adds a handmade effect to the lamp. Its universal form was to determine the simplicity of manufacture and mass production. Saving in the production process of the lamp is its main advantage.
Capsule Lighting by Natalia Komarova was featured as a creative representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Capsule Lighting won the Silver A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2020. The A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award that honors superior design of chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor lights, recessed lights, track lights and more.
