Liu Zhi
Liu Zhi is a studio interior designed as a workplace close to nature. Simple lines and minimalist white surfaces shape the office. Unnecessary walls and windows were removed so that sunlight reaches deep into the space. Folding and hidden doors and windows make the outdoor gardens and terraces part of the interior. Except for the working area, the reception, rest area, bar and dining area have no fixed boundaries, so the layout can be adjusted freely. Cement, steel plate and glass are the main materials.
Liu Zhi Studio by Jian Wang has been selected as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Liu Zhi Studio earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
