Urban Peony Pavilion
Urban Peony Pavilion is a club interior designed for banquets, meetings and receptions. The project covers 980 square meters. The layout uses small space blocks that recall a mountain jungle, arranging circulation and hiding functional areas within the blocks. Inside a structure of reinforced concrete, the design creates an urban idyllic scene. Literati life more than a thousand years ago and oriental opera culture guided the concept. The whole space can serve as a large stage, and hidden doors can be closed to reorganize scenes.
Urban Peony Pavilion Club by Black Lv has been selected as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Urban Peony Pavilion Club was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
