Wanda Plaza
Hai'an Wanda Plaza is a sales office interior created for a residential development in Nantong. The 650 square meter space is divided into four areas named Magnolia Hall, Inkstone Washing Pool, Golden Silkworm Workshop and Collection Court. The design draws on the local magnolia tree and the silk culture of Hai'an, combined with traditional Oriental elements. In the reception area, two rows of glass columns emphasize vertical lines, while a marble wall adds horizontal movement. A chandelier shaped like a silkworm cocoon lights the sand table area.
Wanda Plaza Sales Office by Liliang Shan was highlighted as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Wanda Plaza Sales Office won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize which honors exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
