Macy's website is an e-commerce platform that allows customers to shop the Macy's assortment online. The website was redesigned in 2019 in direct response to customer feedback, resulting in a clean, simple and fashion-inspired design. The layout draws on fashion media and consumer technology products, and it aims to distinguish Macy's from competing retailers.
