Huafa Jinjiang Manor

Huafa Jinjiang Manor is a residential development in Sansheng Town, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, China. The design creates a hidden elevated courtyard within an urban district. Residential spaces are arranged in multiple layers along the central axis of the site, following a natural landform that is high in the north and low in the south. A layered, barracks-style arrangement brings natural light into each unit and keeps a close relationship with the landscape. The site covers 37,303 square meters, with a floor area of 55,955 square meters and 626 residential units.

Huafa Jinjiang Manor Residential Development by Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. was identified as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Huafa Jinjiang Manor Residential Development received the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2022. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize that rewards superior design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
