The Fellas
The Fellas is a ceiling light with a suspended linear light source. The flexible light source limits blue light and simulates the uniform and gentle 360 degree lighting effect of natural light. Colour temperature can be adjusted in two ways, automatically through artificial intelligence or manually through an application or a switch. The light source is made by one piece moulding, and the shell is made of recycled plastic. A snap fitting allows quick installation, and the body can be tilted by eight degrees. The calm shape is intended to blend into public spaces.
The Fellas Bulb by Hangzhou Hangke Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd. has been highlighted as a grand example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. The Fellas Bulb received the Iron A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2022. The A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program which celebrates outstanding design of chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor lights, recessed lights, track lights and more.
