Enigma
Insight is a pendant lamp designed for accent lighting in interiors. The luminaire consists of a cylindrical metal base that holds the LED light source, combined with semi-circular elements. An adjustment system at the top changes the orientation of the light beam in the vertical direction. A cable and a wire allow the direction of the light to be set horizontally during installation. The suspension keeps the lamp static and can be adjusted in height. Ceiling cups with magnetic fixings are used, so no visible fasteners or bolts are needed.
Enigma Pendant Lamp by Alexey Danilin was identified as a grand illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Enigma Pendant Lamp won the Silver A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2023. The A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that rewards excellent design of chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor lights, recessed lights, track lights and more.
