Brazilian Quartzite
Brazilian Quartzite is a collection of ceramic tiles for walls and floors. The tiles are made of mass-dyed, glazed and rectified gres, and the surface reproduces the look of natural stone. Five colour variants are offered: green, amber, black, blue and natural. The formats are 120 by 280, 120 by 120 and 60 by 120, with matte or polished finishes. The largest format has a thickness of only 6 mm and a stone structure. The tiles are frost resistant and slip resistant, so the collection is suitable for indoor and outdoor spaces.
Brazilian Quartzite Tiles by Cerrad Design Team was selected as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Brazilian Quartzite Tiles was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Building Materials and Construction Components Design in 2023. The A' Building Materials and Construction Components Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award that honors exceptional design of bricks, beams, windows, doors, insulation materials, roofing materials, plumbing fixtures, electrical components and more.
