Jam-Vision X Sbrusset
Jam Vision X Sbrusset is a pair of sunglasses that combines art and design. The organic volumes of the front are 3D printed, which allows a minimal structure. The temples are laser cut from recycled stainless steel and plated in rose gold. A patented screwless magnetic hinge joins the parts and was tested through 100,000 folding cycles. The same hinge allows the temples to be removed and exchanged, even by the wearer. Additive manufacturing and a made on demand program limit waste during the whole life cycle of the product.
Jam-Vision X Sbrusset Sunglasses by Brusset Sébastien has been selected as an exceptional example of strategy design by the A' Design Awards. Jam-Vision X Sbrusset Sunglasses won the Iron A' Design Award in Eyewear Design in 2023. The A' Eyewear Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition which celebrates outstanding design of sunglasses, prescription glasses, reading glasses, safety glasses, sports goggles, swim goggles, fashion eyewear, contact lenses and more.
