Double Moon
Double Moon is a wall lamp inspired by a rare astronomical event in which the Earth gains a second, temporary satellite. The lamp has a metal base holding two LED boards, one above and one below, covered by matte diffusers that produce soft light. Light is reflected by glass spheres painted with a mirrored tinted gradient, which creates patterns on the wall and smooth highlights on the glass. The lamp measures 424 mm in height and 120 mm in width. Mounting is possible in a vertical or horizontal position. Three finishes are offered: dark nickel, brass and black.
Double Moon Wall Lamp by Alexey Danilin has been recognized as an outstanding example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition.
