Emerge
Emerge embodies light as a symbol of human truth and freedom held within constraint. Enclosed inside a dense architectural volume, illumination is deliberately concealed, yet it persists and gradually forces its way outward through defined openings. The central vertical line marks the decisive breakthrough, where suppressed energy becomes visible. The design expresses the inevitability of presence, suggesting that even under absolute pressure, light, like truth and freedom, ultimately finds its path.
Emerge Wall Light by Seyedsajad Jalalsadat was highlighted as an outstanding example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Emerge Wall Light was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2026. The A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which recognizes excellent design of chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor lights, recessed lights, track lights and more.
