Two mascot characters introduce the experience and reappear at key moments, such as booking confirmations and weather alerts, to keep guidance approachable. Tripilot is built for iOS and Android.

The platform was developed through research on resale behavior. The aim is to reduce the time and effort that discourage participation in circular fashion.
